Scope
Temporary accommodation facility delivered to support workforce requirements at the NEOM Bay Airport site. Capacity includes 128 beds, six (6) containerised bathrooms with showers and toilets, a containerised kitchen, and a containerised laundry unit. Infrastructure includes 20,000L potable water storage and 40,000L sewage storage. Power supplied by two (2) 110KVA generators with 4,000L diesel storage. Facilities management scope covers full operation and maintenance.
Delivery Timelines
Project completed in September 2023 following a one-month establishment phase. Facility designed for modular packing and relocation, with disestablishment and redeployment capability included in scope.
Project, Contract and Supplier Management
A dedicated project team was deployed on-site to manage full turnkey delivery. Responsibilities included contract administration, servicing, and maintenance under an integrated project model.
Logistics Capability
Full logistics management was provided, including international freight and contracting of essential services. Scope included manufacture, procurement, and delivery of goods such as furniture, fixtures, equipment, and signage. The infrastructure is fully containerised to enable efficient transport and redeployment.
