Scope
Design, build, supply, and delivery of accommodation across multiple regions in South Australia in response to the Covid-19 pandemic. Initial capacity supported up to 224 persons, later expanded to accommodate an additional 1,444 persons across three concurrent sites. Each location included potable water capacity of up to 60,000L and sewage storage infrastructure of up to 120,000L. The project included large outdoor spaces for dining and recreation, as well as the provision of office, recreation, and support facilities.
Delivery Timelines
Project initiation in April 2021 with first-phase asset deployment. Expansion commenced in January 2022, scaling to additional regional facilities.
Project, Contract and Supplier Management
Integrated facilities management solution incorporating catering, laundry, medical services, waste management, and site operations. Oversight and operation of all sites managed concurrently under a single project structure.
Logistics Capability
Turnkey delivery model encompassing design, manufacture, construction, supply, and deployment of all assets. Scope included full supply of furniture, fixtures, equipment, lighting, electrical systems, sewage infrastructure, and supporting systems. Ongoing sustainment managed through dedicated operation and maintenance capabilities.
